Autumn Delight: A Unique Recipe to Warm Your Soul

Ingredients:

  • butternut squash (500g)
  • pomegranate molasses (50g)
  • goat cheese (150g)
  • sage leaves (10g)
  • honey (30g)
  • walnuts (100g)
  • cinnamon (5g)

  • cutting board
  • baking sheet
  • mixing bowl
  • oven

To start, preheat your oven to 200°C. Peel and dice the butternut squash into small cubes. Place the cubes on a baking sheet and drizzle with the pomegranate molasses. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the squash is tender and caramelized.

In a mixing bowl, combine the roasted butternut squash, crumbled goat cheese, chopped sage leaves, and walnuts. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon. Gently toss to combine all the ingredients.

Serve this autumn delight warm, allowing the flavors to meld together. The sweetness of the butternut squash and honey, the tang of the goat cheese, and the earthiness of the sage create a truly unique and delicious dish.
