  • blackberries (200g)
  • balsamic vinegar (50ml)
  • honey (30ml)
  • rosemary (10g)
  • olive oil (30ml)
  • salt and pepper

You will also need the following kitchen tools:

  • grill pan
  • mixing bowl
  • tongs
  • measuring cups

Begin by marinating the lamb chops in a mixture of balsamic vinegar, honey, chopped rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes. While the lamb is marinating, gently smash the blackberries in a bowl to release their juices.
