  • 100g breadcrumbs
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 200g cranberry sauce
  • 30ml soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
