For this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 8 medium-sized mushrooms
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 50g cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 50g shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

To prepare this dish, start by preheating your oven to 180°C. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and set them aside. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.

Using a spoon, fill each mushroom cap with the cheese and bacon mixture, pressing it down gently to fill any gaps. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
