The combination of sweet honey with savory salmon and the rich flavors of caramelized onions is sure to impress your taste buds.

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets (200g each)
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
