Ingredients:

  • 1 small butternut squash, peeled and diced
  • A handful of fresh thyme leaves
  • 150g of creamy goat cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • A pinch of flaky sea salt
  • A sprinkle of freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 pre-made pie crust, rolled out

Preparation:
