Ingredients

  • 150g bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 100ml maple syrup
  • 300ml heavy cream
  • 200ml milk
  • 50g brown sugar

To start, pour the heavy cream and milk into a saucepan over medium heat. Add the brown sugar and maple syrup, stirring until the mixture is smooth and just begins to simmer. Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
