  • penne pasta (250g)
  • ripe mango (1, diced)
  • coconut milk (200ml)
  • curry powder (1 tbsp)
  • chili flakes (1 tsp)
  • garlic (2 cloves, minced)
  • onion (1, diced)
  • bell pepper (1, sliced)
  • cilantro (a handful, chopped)
  • olive oil (2 tbsp)
  • salt and pepper to taste

To start, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
