  • chicken breast (250g), thinly sliced
  • ripe mango (1), peeled and diced
  • red bell pepper (1), thinly sliced
  • onion (1), sliced
  • garlic cloves (2), minced
  • fresh ginger (1-inch piece), grated
  • soy sauce (2 tbsp)
  • sriracha sauce (1 tbsp)
  • honey (1 tbsp)
  • vegetable oil (2 tbsp)
  • cooked rice, for serving

To prepare this flavorful stir-fry, you will need the following kitchen tools:
