  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1 jalapeno, finely chopped
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • Handful of fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 4 small flour tortillas
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

To bring this dish to life, you will need the following kitchen tools:

Start by heating a skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
