Today, I’m excited to share a fusion recipe that combines the comforting flavors of Japanese ramen with the aromatic spices of Thai green curry. This dish is perfect for a cozy night in or a unique dinner party with friends.

Ingredients:

  • ramen noodles (200g)
  • chicken breast (250g, diced)
  • coconut milk (400ml)
  • green curry paste (2 tbsp)
  • bell pepper (1, sliced)
  • bamboo shoots (100g)
  • fish sauce (1 tbsp)
  • lime juice (1 tbsp)
  • fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Kitchen Tools:

  • large pot
  • skillet
  • wooden spoon

Start by cooking the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat and sauté the diced chicken breast until cooked through. Add the green curry paste and stir until fragrant.

Pour in the coconut milk and bring the mixture to a simmer. Add the sliced bell pepper and bamboo shoots, then season with fish sauce and lime juice. Let the curry simmer for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Once the curry is ready, divide the cooked ramen noodles into bowls and ladle the Thai green curry over the top. Garnish with fresh cilantro for a burst of freshness.
