Today, I am excited to share a brand new recipe that combines flavors from different cuisines to create a unique and delicious dish. This fusion creation was inspired by my recent travels to Asia, where I discovered a love for bold spices and vibrant ingredients. I can’t wait for you to try it!

Ingredients:

  • boneless chicken thighs
  • coconut milk
  • mango
  • red bell pepper
  • jalapeno pepper
  • curry powder
  • cumin
  • paprika
  • chopped cilantro
  • <li data-ingredient="Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools:

  • knife
  • cutting board
  • skillet
  • wooden spoon

To start, thinly slice the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and season with curry powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken until browned and fully cooked, then set aside.

In the same skillet, pour in the coconut milk and bring it to a simmer. Dice the mango, red bell pepper, and jalapeno pepper, then add them to the skillet along with the cooked chicken. Let everything simmer together for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Finally, sprinkle in the chopped cilantro and give it a good stir. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed with more salt and pepper. Your fusion dish is now ready to be served!

This dish weighs approximately 1000 grams once cooked and serves 4 people. Each serving is around 250 grams and has an estimated calorie count of 350.
