Ingredients:

  • salmon fillets (approximately 500g)
  • honey (100g)
  • Sriracha sauce (50ml)
  • soy sauce (30ml)
  • minced garlic (2 cloves)
  • ginger (10g, grated)
  • sesame seeds (for garnish)

  • measuring cups and spoons
  • grater

Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, combine the honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Whisk everything together until well combined.

Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush the honey Sriracha mixture generously over the top of each fillet. Make sure to coat them evenly to get that perfect balance of sweet and spicy flavors.
