Today, I’m excited to share with you a unique and flavorful twist on a classic pizza recipe that combines the sweetness of pineapple with the spicy kick of jalapeño. This unconventional pairing creates a deliciously balanced pizza that is sure to surprise and delight your taste buds.

Ingredients:

  • pizza dough (300g)
  • tomato sauce (150g)
  • mozzarella cheese (200g)
  • pineapple chunks (100g)
  • jalapeño slices (50g)
  • fresh cilantro (10g)

Kitchen Tools:

  • rolling pin
  • pizza stone
  • pizza cutter

To start, preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a pizza stone in the oven to heat up. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface using a rolling pin until it reaches your desired thickness.

Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce, followed by the pineapple chunks and jalapeño slices. Feel free to adjust the amounts of pineapple and jalapeño to suit your personal taste preferences.

Carefully transfer the pizza onto the hot pizza stone in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy, and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Keep an eye on the pizza to ensure it doesn’t burn.
