  • 1 can of coconut milk (400ml)
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
