This Spicy Mango Chicken Stir-Fry is perfect for adding a little heat to your dinner table, whether you’re a fan of spicy foods or looking to try something new.

Ingredients:

  • 200g chicken breast, diced
  • 1 ripe mango, cubed
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Chili peppers, to taste
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Kitchen Tools:

  • chef’s knife
  • cutting board
  • mixing bowl
  • tongs

To start, heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken breast and cook until browned. Remove the chicken from the wok and set it aside.

In the same wok, add sliced onion, red bell pepper, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

While the vegetables are cooking, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch in a mixing bowl. Add the sauce to the wok and stir well to combine.

Return the cooked chicken to the wok and add cubed mango and sliced chili peppers. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened and everything is well coated.

Once everything is cooked through and the flavors have melded together, remove the wok from heat. Serve the Spicy Mango Chicken Stir-Fry hot over steamed rice or noodles.
