Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts (400g)
  • 1/2 cup mango chutney (140g)
  • 1 tbsp curry powder (10g)
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (5g)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (120ml)
  • Handful of fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
