Today, I’m excited to share a unique and flavorful recipe for Spicy Mango Pancakes. This dish is perfect for a lazy weekend brunch or a weekday treat that will surely elevate your breakfast game. The combination of sweet mangoes with a hint of spice creates a delightful explosion of flavors that will leave you wanting more.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 200g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 300ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Kitchen Tools:

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and cayenne pepper. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter. Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Gently fold in the diced mangoes.
