The combination of juicy mango, spicy shrimp, and crispy tacos will surely impress your taste buds!

Ingredients:

  • fresh shrimp (300g)
  • ripe mango, diced (200g)
  • jalapeno, minced (1 piece)
  • lime juice (2 tbsp)
  • fresh cilantro, chopped (30g)
  • ground cumin (1 tsp)
  • smoked paprika (1 tsp)
  • corn tortillas (6 pieces)
  • olive oil (2 tbsp)
  • salt and pepper to taste

To start, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp and season with salt, pepper, ground cumin, and smoked paprika. Cook for 2-3 minutes until shrimp are pink and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine diced mango, minced jalapeno, lime juice, and chopped cilantro. Mix well to combine all the flavors.
