Hello foodies! Today, I’m thrilled to share a unique and flavorful recipe that combines the creamy goodness of peanut butter with a spicy kick of chili in a delicious noodle stir-fry. This dish is perfect for a cozy night in or a quick and easy weeknight meal that will satisfy your cravings for something different.

Ingredients:

  • egg noodles (200g)
  • peanut butter (100g)
  • soy sauce (50ml)
  • sriracha sauce (1 tbsp)
  • bell peppers, sliced (150g)
  • red onion, sliced (100g)
  • garlic, minced (3 cloves)
  • ginger, grated (1 tbsp)
  • vegetable oil (2 tbsp)
  • sesame seeds, for garnish
  • green onions, chopped, for garnish

Kitchen Tools:

  • large pot
  • wok
  • whisk
  • wooden spoon

To begin, cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions in a large pot of boiling water. Drain them and set aside.

In a wok over medium heat, add vegetable oil and sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add the sliced bell peppers and red onion, stirring constantly until they begin to soften.

In a small bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, and sriracha until smooth. Pour this sauce over the vegetables in the wok, stirring well to combine. Add the cooked noodles and toss everything together until evenly coated.

Once everything is heated through, serve the spicy peanut butter noodle stir-fry in bowls, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Enjoy the blend of creamy, spicy, and savory flavors in every bite!
