  • jasmine rice (300g)
  • pineapple chunks (200g)
  • bell peppers, diced (150g)
  • red chilies, sliced (2 pieces)
  • garlic, minced (3 cloves)
  • ginger, grated (1 tablespoon)
  • soy sauce (2 tablespoons)
  • sesame oil (1 tablespoon)
  • vegetable oil (2 tablespoons)
  • scallions, chopped (for garnish)

Start by cooking the jasmine rice according to package instructions. Once cooked, set aside and let it cool. In a wok over medium heat, add vegetable oil and sauté minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant.
