  • 200g fresh pineapple, diced
  • 4 medium-sized flour tortillas

  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Handful of fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp cumin, salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil for cooking
