  • feta cheese (100g), crumbled
  • walnuts (50g), toasted
  • red onion (1/2), thinly sliced
  • fresh mint leaves (a handful), torn
  • extra-virgin olive oil (2 tablespoons)
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • honey (1 tablespoon)
  • sea salt and black pepper, to taste

Prepare your kitchen tools:

  • medium saucepan
