– 250g of ripe mango, diced
– 100g of fresh basil leaves
– 150g of white chocolate
– 50g of pistachios, chopped
– 200ml of coconut milk
– 1 tablespoon of honey

For this recipe, you will need the following kitchen tools:

  • chef’s knife
  • cutting board
  • saucepan
  • whisk
  • ramekins

Begin by heating the coconut milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the basil leaves and allow them to infuse the milk with their flavor for about 5 minutes. Once infused, strain out the basil leaves and return the milk to the saucepan.

Next, add the diced mango to the coconut milk and cook until the mango is soft. Using a whisk, stir in the white chocolate until it is fully melted and the mixture is well combined. Stir in the honey and remove the mixture from heat.

Divide the mixture among ramekins and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set. Once set, top each ramekin with chopped pistachios for a crunchy texture and nutty flavor.
