Ingredients:

  • smoked paprika (5g)
  • pineapple, diced (150g)
  • goat cheese, crumbled (100g)
  • quinoa, cooked (200g)
  • honey (15ml)
  • pistachios, chopped (50g)

  • skillet
  • chef’s knife
  • cutting board

I start by heating a skillet over medium heat and toasting the smoked paprika for a minute until fragrant. Then, I add in the diced pineapple and cook until caramelized. In a mixing bowl, I combine the cooked quinoa, crumbled goat cheese, and caramelized pineapple. Drizzle honey over the mixture and toss to combine.

Next, I heat the skillet again and toast the chopped pistachios until golden brown and fragrant. I sprinkle the toasted pistachios over the quinoa mixture, giving it a delicious crunch.

Serving:

This unique dish weighs approximately 600g once cooked and serves 4 people. Each serving is around 150g, with an estimated calorie count of 250 per serving.
