  • 2 seaweed sheets
  • 100g sashimi-grade tuna (sliced)
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • 1/2 cucumber (julienned)
  • 1 carrot (shredded)
  • 2 tbsp sriracha mayo

  • bamboo sushi mat
  • sharp knife
  • cutting board
  • rice cooker

To begin, lay a seaweed sheet flat on the bamboo sushi mat. Spread a layer of sushi rice evenly over the seaweed, leaving a small border along the edges. Arrange the sliced tuna, avocado, cucumber, and shredded carrot in the center of the rice.

Drizzle the sriracha mayo over the filling ingredients. Using the bamboo mat, carefully roll up the sushi burrito, applying gentle pressure to ensure a tight roll. Once rolled, use a sharp knife to slice the burrito into bite-sized pieces.
