Ingredients:

  • 300g chicken breast (diced)
  • 200g pineapple chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 150g green beans (trimmed)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tbsp ginger (grated)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant. Then, add the sliced red bell pepper and green beans. Cook until the vegetables are slightly tender.

Add pineapple chunks to the skillet and drizzle honey over the mixture. Allow the pineapple to caramelize and develop a golden color.

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch until well combined. Pour this mixture into the skillet and stir everything together. Cook until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken and vegetables.
