Ingredients:

  • salmon fillets (250g each)
  • freshly squeezed orange juice (100ml)
  • honey (50g)
  • sriracha sauce (15ml)
  • garlic powder (5g)
  • fresh ginger, grated (10g)
  • green onions, chopped (30g)
  • toasted sesame seeds (10g)

Kitchen Tools:

  • baking sheet
  • mixing bowl
  • whisk
  • grater
  • oven

Preparation:

Start by preheating your oven to 200°C. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, combine the orange juice, honey, sriracha sauce, garlic powder, and grated ginger. Whisk until well combined.

Pour the marinade over the salmon fillets, making sure they are well-coated. Allow them to marinate for at least 15 minutes to let the flavors soak in.

Once marinated, place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Sprinkle the chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds over the salmon before serving. This dish is best enjoyed hot, straight out of the oven.

Tips:
