Today, I’m excited to share a recipe that combines two of my favorite flavors — sweet apples and salty bacon — in a surprisingly delicious way. This Spicy Apple Bacon Pizza is perfect for a cozy night in or a fun gathering with friends. The combination of spicy jalapeños, crispy bacon, and juicy apples creates a symphony of flavors that will leave you craving more.

Ingredients:

  • pizza dough (400g)
  • apple, thinly sliced (1 medium)
  • bacon, cooked and crumbled (100g)
  • jalapeño, thinly sliced (1)
  • cheddar cheese, shredded (150g)
  • red onion, thinly sliced (1/2)
  • olive oil (2 tbsp)
  • honey (1 tbsp)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools:

  • rolling pin
  • baking sheet
  • chef’s knife
  • cutting board
  • grater
  • oven

Begin by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface using a rolling pin to your desired thickness. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the rolled-out dough with olive oil, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Arrange the apple slices, cooked bacon, jalapeño slices, and red onion evenly over the cheese. Drizzle honey over the top and season with salt and pepper.

Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.

This Spicy Apple Bacon Pizza weighs approximately 800g once cooked. It serves 4 people with an average serving weight of 200g. Each serving is estimated to have around 350 calories.
