Ingredients:

  • 300g medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 small tortillas
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

To start, heat a skillet over medium heat and add the shrimp, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook until the shrimp is pink and opaque, then remove from the heat and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the diced mango, jalapeño, red onion, and lime juice. Mix well to combine the flavors.

Warm the tortillas in the skillet or microwave for a few seconds until soft and pliable.

To assemble the tacos, place a scoop of spicy shrimp on each tortilla, top with the mango salsa, and garnish with fresh cilantro.

Serve the Spicy Mango Shrimp Tacos hot and enjoy the perfect balance of sweet and spicy flavors.
