Today’s Unique Recipe: Spicy Maple Glazed Chicken Tacos

Hey there, foodies! Today, I’m excited to share a recipe that’s perfect for a casual dinner with friends or a cozy night in. These Spicy Maple Glazed Chicken Tacos are a delightful mix of sweet, spicy, and savory flavors that will surely tantalize your taste buds. So, let’s get cooking!

Kitchen Tools:

  • baking sheet
  • mixing bowl
  • grill pan
  • tongs

Start by preheating your grill pan over medium heat. In a mixing bowl, combine the smoked paprika, maple syrup, sriracha sauce, minced garlic, and lime juice to make the marinade. Cut the chicken breast into small strips and coat them evenly with the marinade. Let the chicken marinate for about 10 minutes.

While the chicken is marinating, place the tortillas on a baking sheet and warm them in the oven for a few minutes until they are soft and pliable. Set them aside and keep warm.

Once the chicken has marinated, grill the strips on the heated grill pan for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and slightly charred. Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.

To assemble the tacos, place a few pieces of the grilled chicken on each warm tortilla. Top with shredded red cabbage, sliced avocado, and chopped cilantro. Feel free to add extra lime juice or sriracha sauce for an extra kick of flavor.

Serving:

The total weight of the cooked dish is approximately 900g, with 4 servings. Each serving weighs around 225g. An estimated 300 calories per serving.

My unique tip for this recipe is to sprinkle some crumbled feta cheese on top of your tacos for an added burst of tangy flavor. The combination of the sweet maple glaze, spicy sriracha, and creamy feta is truly something special.

I hope you give these Spicy Maple Glazed Chicken Tacos a try and enjoy them as much as I do. Feel free to customize them with your favorite toppings or adjust the spice level to suit your taste. Happy cooking!
