**Today’s Dish: Spicy Shrimp and Pineapple Skewers**

Ingredients

– 500g shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 1 fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
– 1 red bell pepper, cut into squares
– 1 red onion, cut into wedges
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh cilantro for garnish
