  • pineapple chunks (fresh) – 300g
  • coconut milk – 400ml
  • red curry paste – 2 tbsp
  • bell pepper (sliced) – 1
  • onion (sliced) – 1
  • garlic (minced) – 3 cloves
  • ginger (grated) – 1 tbsp
  • lime juice – from 1 lime
