Tangy Pineapple Shrimp Stir-Fry Recipe

Introduction:

Today, I’m excited to share a recipe that always brings me comfort during rainy days — my tangy pineapple shrimp stir-fry. This dish is bursting with unique flavors and is a perfect balance of sweet and savory that will surely brighten up your day.

Ingredients:

  • 250g shrimp
  • 200g pineapple chunks
  • 150g bell peppers
  • 100g crispy bacon
  • 50ml soy sauce
  • 30ml honey
  • 20ml rice vinegar
  • 10g ginger
  • 5g garlic
  • 15g cornstarch

Kitchen Tools:

  • wok

  • knife
  • cutting board
  • measuring cups

Preparation:

In a wok, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove it from the wok and set it aside. In the same wok, sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add in the shrimp and cook until pink. Then, add the bell peppers and pineapple chunks, allowing them to cook until slightly tender.

Meanwhile, in a separate pan, mix together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and cornstarch until well combined. Pour the mixture into the wok and stir gently until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients evenly. Add the crispy bacon back into the wok and toss everything together.

Serving:

This tangy pineapple shrimp stir-fry weighs approximately 900g once cooked. It serves 4 people, with each serving weighing around 225g. Each serving contains approximately 300 calories.

Tips:
