  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

To prepare this flavorful dish, start by soaking the dried apricots in hot water for about 30 minutes to soften them. While the apricots soak, heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork chops on both sides until golden brown. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.

Drain the apricots and add them to the skillet along with chicken broth, soy sauce, and half of the sliced green onions.
