For this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:
– 400g shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 2 grapefruits, segmented
– 1 red chili, thinly sliced
– 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste

To start, heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
