Ingredients:

  • 250g linguine
  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp red curry paste
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 100g snow peas
  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

  • wooden spoon

To start, cook the linguine according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet, heat the coconut milk over medium heat. Add the red curry paste and stir until fragrant.
