  • 2 tablespoons red curry paste
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
  • 1 stalk lemongrass, smashed
  • 3 fresh lime leaves
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt, to taste

As for kitchen tools, you will need:

  • large skillet
  • wooden spoon
  • grater

Start by heating the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, and lime leaves. Sauté until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes. Stir in the red curry paste and cook for another minute.
