Ingredients:

  • 300g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 red chili, sliced
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish
