Today, I’m excited to share a unique and refreshing fruit salad recipe that is perfect for hot summer days or brunch gatherings. This recipe combines a variety of unexpected ingredients that come together beautifully to create a harmonious and delightful dish.

Ingredients:

  • 2 kiwis (150g)
  • 1 star fruit (100g)
  • 1 dragon fruit (200g)
  • 1 ripe mango (250g)
  • 2 passion fruits (50g)
  • Handful of fresh mint leaves
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Kitchen Tools:

To begin, first peel and dice the kiwis, star fruit, dragon fruit, and mango into bite-sized pieces. Cut the passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp into a bowl. Add the diced fruits to the bowl as well.

Next, finely chop the fresh mint leaves and sprinkle over the fruit mixture. Squeeze the juice of one lime over the fruits and drizzle with honey. Gently toss everything together until well combined.

Let the fruit salad sit in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. This will also give the fruits a chance to soak up the lime and honey, enhancing their natural sweetness.

Once chilled, give the salad a final stir and serve in individual bowls or one large serving dish. The combination of sweet mango, tangy kiwi, and exotic dragon fruit, complemented by the zesty lime and aromatic mint, creates a truly tantalizing flavor profile.
