  • boneless chicken breast (200g)
  • ripe mango (1)
  • coconut milk (100ml)
  • fresh basil leaves (10g)
  • garlic (2 cloves)
  • ginger (1-inch piece)
  • red chili (1)
  • lime juice (1 tbsp)
  • salt and pepper to taste
