  • 3 ripe mangoes (approx. 600g)
  • 1 can of coconut milk (400ml)
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 3 tablespoons of chia seeds

Gather your kitchen tools:

  • mixing bowl
  • spoon
  • ramekins

Start by peeling and chopping the ripe mangoes, then add them to the blender along with the coconut milk and honey. Blend until smooth and creamy. In a mixing bowl, combine the mango-coconut mixture with the chia seeds, stirring well to ensure the seeds are evenly distributed.

Divide the pudding mixture into four ramekins and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow the chia seeds to thicken and set. The pudding will develop a silky texture with a subtle crunch from the chia seeds.
