Preparation

Start by slicing the pork tenderloin into thin strips and marinate them in a mixture of soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey for about 30 minutes. In a wok over high heat, add sesame oil and sauté minced garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add the marinated pork strips and cook until browned. Then, add the sliced red bell pepper, snow peas, and cubed pineapple, stirring constantly.

In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry and add it to the wok to thicken the sauce. Stir in the green onions and let the dish simmer for a few more minutes until the sauce coats the ingredients beautifully.

Serving

Once the Tangy Pineapple Pork Stir-Fry is cooked to perfection, serve it hot over a bed of steamed jasmine rice. The combination of the tender pork, sweet pineapple, and crunchy veggies will surely impress your taste buds.
