Ingredients:

  • 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 100ml coconut milk
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 red chili, thinly sliced
  • Handful of fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 150g mixed greens
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
