Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 8 small tortillas
