As the summer heat starts to kick in, I find myself craving a refreshing and light dessert to enjoy after a long day. That’s why today, I’m excited to share with you my latest creation — a Fruit Fusion Delight that combines the sweetness of fruits with a hint of spice for a truly unique and delicious treat.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe kiwis (200g)
  • 1 ripe mango (300g)
  • 1 cup of diced pineapple (150g)
  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt (250g)
  • 2 tablespoons of honey (30g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

Kitchen Tools:

  • spoon
  • blender

To start, peel and chop the kiwis, mango, and pineapple into small, bite-sized pieces. In a mixing bowl, combine the fruits with Greek yogurt and honey. Mix well until everything is evenly coated. Next, add a pinch of cayenne pepper for a subtle kick of heat.

Transfer the fruit mixture into a blender and pulse until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a chunkier texture, blend for less time. Pour the mixture into individual serving glasses or bowls and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.

When ready to serve, garnish with a slice of kiwi or a sprinkle of cayenne pepper for a pop of color and flavor. This Fruit Fusion Delight is perfect for a light and refreshing dessert after a summer meal, or even as a midday snack to satisfy your sweet tooth.
