This unique twist on classic lemonade combines the tropical sweetness of pineapple with the fresh, herbal notes of basil for a truly refreshing and thirst-quenching drink.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 medium fresh pineapple, peeled and diced (about 300g)
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves, loosely packed
  • Juice of 4 lemons (about 1/2 cup)
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Ice cubes, for serving

To prepare this refreshing beverage, start by blending the diced fresh pineapple and basil leaves in a blender until smooth.
