Ingredients:

  • pork chops (approx. 200g each)
  • truffle oil
  • honey
  • balsamic vinegar
  • sea salt
  • black pepper
  • mashed potatoes

Kitchen Tools:

  • skillet
  • tongs
  • measuring cup
  • knife

Start by seasoning the pork chops with sea salt and black pepper on both sides. In a hot skillet, sear the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove them from the skillet and let them rest on a plate.

In the same skillet, add truffle oil, honey, and balsamic vinegar. Stir well to combine and let it simmer for a couple of minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
