I start by toasting the pistachios in a dry skillet until they become fragrant and slightly golden. Then, I mix them in a bowl with truffle oil, creating a crunchy and flavorful topping for our dish.

Next, I crumble the goat cheese into bite-sized pieces and arrange them on a serving platter. I top the goat cheese with fresh raspberries, creating a beautiful and colorful contrast of flavors.
