Today, I’m excited to share a unique dish that combines some unexpected flavors to create a truly delicious meal. This recipe is perfect for a cozy night in or a dinner party with friends. The combination of ingredients may seem unusual, but trust me, it’s absolutely worth trying!

For this recipe, you’ll need the following ingredients:
– 250g boneless lamb shoulder, cubed
– 1 large ripe mango, diced
– 1 red bell pepper, sliced
– 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
– 2 tablespoons of tahini
– 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon of cumin
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh cilantro for garnish

To prepare this dish, you’ll need the following kitchen tools:

  • chef’s knife
  • cutting board
  • skillet
  • wooden spoon

Start by heating a skillet over medium heat and adding the cubed lamb shoulder. Cook until browned on all sides, then add the diced mango, sliced red bell pepper, and drained chickpeas. Stir well to combine.

In a small bowl, mix together the tahini, soy sauce, cumin, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the lamb and vegetables in the skillet. Stir gently to coat everything evenly. Let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

Once everything is cooked through and the sauce has thickened slightly, remove the skillet from the heat. Serve the dish hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.

The cooked dish weighs approximately 800g and serves 4 people. Each serving has around 300 calories.
